The leg has the cable and stripe pattern on the front and \u003cbr\u003eback, the foot has the stitch pattern only on the top with a stockinette sole. They are worked from the top down with a \u003cbr\u003etraditional slipped stitch heel flap, heel turn and a wedge toe. \u003cbr\u003eThe sock begins with a 2 by 2 rib in a twenty row cuff. The spiral \u003cbr\u003ecable pattern is worked once front and back for the leg. The heel \u003cbr\u003eflap is then worked in slip stitch and the heel turned. Stitches are \u003cbr\u003epicked up down the sides of the heel flap and the sock is worked in the Rnd again, continuing the stitch pattern on the top of the sock only and decreasing the gusset stitches.
